Finding Your Voice: A Speaking Skills Group for Teens & Young Adults

This group is designed for teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed or stuck in social situations. Through guided practice, coping skills, and supportive peer connection, participants will work toward managing anxiety, finding ease in communication, and stepping into a more confident version of themselves.π Time: Tuesdays 5PM- 7PM

Slow down. Connect. Build a contemplative practice.
This experiential group blends somatic therapy, existential exploration, and eco-therapy practices to nurture deeper self-awareness and authentic change. Through mindfulness, movement, reflective dialogue, and nature-based practices, participants will reconnect with their bodies, explore lifeβs deeper questions, and cultivate inner resilience. This group offers a supportive space to slow down, listen inwardly, and sow seeds of self-transformation β with the natural world as a partner in the healing process.
