Specialties

I help people who are ready to regain control of their lives from feelings of worthlessness, fear, isolation, shame, and hypervigilance.

I offer a trauma-informed counseling approach that is dependent on your unique needs. I draw from existential, somatic, and acceptance-and-commitment therapies.
